Guangdong Yuansheng Metal Products Co., Ltd. is located in Changan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. We specialize in Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology and focus on the R&D and production of MIM components. Our team consists of seasoned professionals. Through years of technological accumulation, we have built comprehensive capabilities covering independent feedstock development, mold R&D and design, product development & manufacturing, as well as integrated post-processing supporting services. The company boasts technical expertise and large-scale industrial experience in the MIM sector both domestically and internationally.

We operate a powder metallurgy injection molding manufacturing base equipped with multiple MIM injection molding machines, integrated vacuum debinding and sintering furnaces, as well as full-inspection production lines. Our main products include various custom-shaped complex metal and alloy components, such as smartwatch parts, optical communication components, mobile phone accessories, eyewear fittings, manual & power tool parts, electrical and electronic components, automotive parts, motorcycle components, medical device spare parts, mechanical & electronic parts, sewing machine fittings, printer & printing equipment parts, lock hardware and more.

We possess solid technical foundations and mature production management experience in manufacturing components with complex special-shaped structures and stainless steel appearance parts. We process a wide range of materials including iron-based alloys and stainless steels (316L / 17-4PH / 304).
